A leading Medical Education agency is looking for an Editorial Lead to join their senior management team. This function is intended to be a mix of strategic input/supervision/training/quality control and active writing/editing.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in a medical communications agency
Ability to mentor and review editorial work
Great industry knowledge

As an Editorial Lead you will be involved in:

Development of client marketing strategy and thinking
Establishing and maintaining client relationships
Develop the writing and editing skills of junior writer(s) and other staff
Conduct appraisal interviews and follow-up appraisal objectives
Ensure all written documents are accurate and up to the companies standards
