THE PLANT
This is a non-unionized high volume 1000 employees. The facility consists of two manufacturing sites occupying 170,000 square feet and 49,000 square feet. These two sites are located together on 66 acres

THE POSITION
The HR Generalist reports to the Human Resources Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated the ability to achieve results in several key HR functions and has a passion to put that experience to work and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities. We will look to you to partner with the HR Manager and leadership team in translating business strategy into HR action that drives business results. Your Generalist responsibilities will require you to apply your broad knowledge of HR and hands-on expertise with demonstrated results in several of the following functions/HR processes:

? Develop and implement tactics to execute HR strategies that achieve the overall business strategy
? Positive employee relations ? build and enhance an environment in which employees are actively and willingly engaged in helping improve the business
? Strategic staffing/recruitment/talent management/new employee orientation
? Performance management and compensation training & development/coaching
? Change management/continuous improvement/organizational effectiveness/ organizational development
? Effective strategic communications ? Benefits administration and education
? Compliance issues such as EEO/AAP, FLSA and FMLA

QUALIFICATIONS
QUALKAJSDF;LKJASDFQU ? Successful candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Labor/Employee Relations, Business, Organizational Development or a related field of study.
?PHR, SPHR & MBA are a plus.
? Candidates should have 5 or more years of well rounded Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
7 years experience in a labor relations environment preferred
