Communication in marriage is the foundation of your marraige..
Is the one thing that you need to keep focusing on?and the one
thing that you want to get better at, because it is the glue
and building blocks of a successful marriage and relationship.
So why is communication in marriage an easy concept to understand?but so difficult to pull off?
The difficult part about communication seems to be the listening part, because we all want to push our own agenda. I call it the ?it?s all about me? factor.
?and that my friend?is just crazy and heading for disaster.
Did we forget the importance of communication in marriage?
I love the following saying??Common knowledge, is not common practice?. This is so true, because we all know that communication is key to a relationship, and yet we don?t do it.
Ask anyone in a relationship what the number one secret is to a
successful relationship?
?I bet the answer is?communication.
Why is it the thing that we do so little of?
When we were dating, we could give communicating 5 stars.
We could talk non stop and just always wanted to be in one
another?s presence.
It seems that we all start out very as very good communicators in our relationships?and then?it dies a slow or sometimes fast painful death.

LISTEN
We can all start to listen more and stop talking, or dare I
say yell at your partner.
The key to great communication is actually?listening.
It is that simple.
And yet, so few of us do this. Myself included.
So let?s all start practicing becoming great listeners again.
Again?
Yes, again, because we were all great listeners once.
We just need to start remembering again.
